VICTORIA ROSALES
Victoria has been practicing yoga since 2010 and teaching since 2016. Her classes focus on mindful movement linked with breath to synchronize the body/mind connection, bringing greater clarity of mind and deeper relaxation in the body. She believes yoga is an embodied practice, experienced through a felt since of vitality, strength and ease. Victoria continues to learn and grow as both a student and a teacher through continuing education and mentorships.
Victoria is a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Contemplative Retreat Leader and Yoga + Mindfulness teacher passionate about creating safe spaces to foster individual and collective transformation.
