Scott Moore

Scott Moore (E-RYT 500, RYS, YACEP) is the founder of Waking Up with the Yoga of Sleep and Facilitating Transformation with the Yoga of Sleep, a revolutionary system of Yoga Nidra. He has been teaching  yoga since 2003 and is an expert in Yoga Nidra, Hatha, Therapeutic Vinyasa, Restore, Meditation, Pranayama and Ayruveda.

Scott is the author of three books: Practical Yoga Nidra20 Yoga Nidra Scripts Vol. 1, and 5-Minute Manifesting Journal.

He’s also written for or been featured in many publications including Yoga Journal, Mantra Magazine, Elephant Journal, Yogi Times, Medium, Sivana East, as well as and his own blog at scottmooreyoga.com. His online Yoga Nidra teacher training is rated among the top 2 online Yoga Nidra teacher trainings in the world. Scott was a professor at Westminster College for 9 years teaching Yoga for Wellness. Scott teaches teacher trainings, workshops, classes, and retreats in the US, Europe, and Asia.
