Melissa Collins is a dedicated yoga teacher committed to making yoga accessible and inclusive for all. With a focus on gentle and intentional movement, Melissa guides students in building strength, flexibility, and range of motion. As a proponent of yoga props, she utilizes them in class to enhance your practice, support your body in restorative poses, and make yoga accessible to all bodies. Her class incorporates breathwork (pranayama), meditation, yoga nidra, and yoga philosophy to promote overall well-being and connection. 

As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Reiki Master, Melissa brings a holistic approach to healing and relaxation. She believes in the transformative power of yoga and strives to create a space where students can leave feeling renewed and empowered to live their best lives.

Melissa enjoys exploring new travel destinations with her husband, spending time with her two Boston Terriers, creating delicious and healthy meals, tending to her garden, and delving into the world of tarot and tea leaves.
