Kaitlin Campbell
After years of doing demanding sports, Kaitlin discovered yoga while attending college in California, where she experienced a level of physical relaxation and mental clarity she hadn’t felt before. Over time, yoga helped her reconnect with her body and mind after years of feeling disconnected. After moving to Utah, she began practicing Ashtanga yoga and fell in love with the rhythm of breath, movement, and intentional sequencing. Her approach has since evolved toward more modern vinyasa flow.
She has been teaching yoga for about five years, leading classes that are breath-centered and offer a balance of strengthening and stretching. Kaitlin takes a somatic approach, guiding students to explore intuitive movement and find ways to move that feel comfortable and supportive. She offers modifications and variations, helping everyone build confidence and leave class feeling balanced, calm, and energized.
Outside the studio, Kaitlin spends a lot of time outdoors and loves teaching yoga in ways that complement everyday life, helping students cultivate physical fitness, mobility, and mental clarity they can carry throughout the day.
Kaitlin holds a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training certification, a 100-hour Vinyasa Krama training with Srivatsa Ramaswami, and a 50-hour Trauma-Informed Yoga training with Yoga Mandala Project. She sees herself as a lifelong student and is always learning as her practice continues to evolve.
Kaitlin teaches a 7 am Power Hour class on Wednesdays.
