Amrita Devmeet

Molly Leecaster started yoga in 2013 and a daily practice of Kundalini Yoga in 2018. While in teacher training in 2021, she adopted a yogic/spiritual name. Amrita Devmeet means: she receives and shares divine nectar (life force energy) through connection with the divine in others.

Kundalini Yoga includes postures, movement, meditation, breathwork, relaxation w/ gong, and chanting. As with all types, yoga is the union of the finite with the infinite, uniting the body, mind, and soul. Kundalini Yoga transforms and moves energy, strengthens the nervous system, and invigorates the glandular and lymphatic systems. Practicing regularly builds discipline and practicing with a group multiplies the impact. Movement and posture build the physical body to support meditation. Amrita’s passion is to support others to develop and deepen their meditation practice by providing instruction and encouragement for all, from beginners to advanced practitioners.

Join Amrita Devmeet on Wednesday mornings at 6am to learn techniques, expand your consciousness, share energy, and connect with others.

Molly/Amrita is a statistician, doing infectious disease research at the University of Utah and Veterans Health Administration. She loves yoga, mountain biking, backpacking, telemark skiing, dancing, and laughing.
